Free delivery to mainland uk only. Excludes highlands and island and certain postcodes (please call for a quote).

We deliver nationwide.

Deliveries to Scotland can take up to an extra 4 delivery days from the date given due to us using a satilite depot and then a seperate delivery company

Typical turnaround times

• Ultrasky roofs: 10-16 days 
• Atlas stock roofs: 5-10 days
• Atlas bespoke & Triple Glazed roofs: 2 - 3 weeks (standard colours)
• Atlas bespoke colours: 4-6 weeks
• Atlas flat rooflights stock sizes: 5-10 days
• Bespoke sizes: 2-3 weeks
• Smart bifolds: 2-3 weeks (can be more at busy periods)

Delivery times can vary by location and busy periods. If in doubt please give us a call to confirm. 

All our roofs/doors* will arrive flat packed for ease of delivery & on site assembly.

For all lanterns you will receive 2 deliveries one for the roof and one for the glass we aim for these to be the same day, some locations the glass might arrive a day either side.

Do not book your builder until your materials are on site as some deliveries do go wrong and we are unable to compensate you for your builder’s time.

Deliveries are between 7am -7pm if you require an eta please call or email the office on the day of delivery.

The drivers will have the contact details given upon order and will try to update etas during the day if possible.

Please note: all deliveries are kerbside only, someone will be required to be on site to sign and assist in offloading (some products are a two/three man lift).

The drivers are there to assist if possible please make sure you have enough manpower on site! Redeliveries are chargeable.

The flat rooflights are heavy and will require at least 2 persons to handle.

Unfortunately all products are bespoke and non returnable.
